B66617820 and registered address at Via Augusta, 394, 08017, Barcelona and email dataprotection@tractivus.com, informs the user that it is the Data Controller for the personal data collected via this website, and in accordance with the applicable regulations, it is indicated that the personal data provided to us will be carried out for the purposes described in this privacy notice and with all the required technical and organizational measures to meet the required levels of privacy.

What is Tractivus’s presence on social networks?

TRACTIVUS S.L., have some profiles in the social networks: Twitter and LinkedIn. 

 

TRACTIVUS S.L., is the data controller of its users, followers or people who make comments through social networks. Also in accordance with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, TRACTIVUS S.L. is exonerated from any responsibility regarding users and followers comments on their social networks. 

 

TRACTIVUS S.L., may use the profiles described above to inform its users about topics considered interesting to them. 

 

What personal data do we collect?

The personal data that the user may provide:

To contact us, it’s obligatory to fill out the contact form provided for that purpose. Not providing the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of navigating the website.

Generally, your data is stored outside the EU, specifically on Google Cloud servers in the US.  Therefore,  users are informed as it is attached to the "Privacy Shield”.

In some cases, the request may be refused if you request that data necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations be deleted. Also, if you have a complaint about the processing of data you can submit a complaint to the data protection authority.

 

Who is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided?

TRACTIVUS S.L., is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by their users. It is the user's responsibility to guarantee, in any case, the accuracy and authenticity of the provided personal data. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the contact form. 

 

TRACTIVUS S.L., is exonerated from any responsibility in this regard and therefore does not assume any responsibility with regard to hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of said information.

Personal data breach policy

Data breaches may be caused by employees, parties external to the company, or computer system errors. TRACTIVUS S.L.  is legally required to notify affected individuals if their personal data has been breached. We will notify affected individuals within 72 hours if a data breach involves sensitive personal data. In addition we will notify users as soon as the data breach is resolved.
