Dr. Borrós has extensive experience in participating in competitive projects, having been the principal investigator in the IQS in 5 Projects of the National Plan, 7 EU Projects and others with business participation such as Innpacto. He has a clear vocation for technology transfer. In this sense, he has been the Principal Investigator of more than 50 industrial projects of more than a year and is founder or co-founder of 5 spin-offs.

companies, as Bioiberica and Impex Quimica. Before, he held executive

He is independent consultor
expertized in Biopharmaceutical
Industry.
He has worked for Rubió Laboratories as Senior Consultor and he was also member of the Executive Committee. Previously, he worked at Almirall S.A, overseeing the development of projects and licenses.
He has also worked as
Neuropathologist at Hospital Nostra Senyora del
Mar. His vast experience in consulting and networking at EE.UU, Japan and Europe, evidences his leading and supervising skills.

He is doctor in Medicine, post-graduated in Biostadistics and associated professor at the Universitat de Barcelona. Currently, he is also the Clinical Director of the Thoracic area of Hospital Germans Trias I Pujol. Moreover, he is a researcher at CIBER Pulmonology group of respiratory diseases.
He supervises several research projects at Institute Carlos III and, other public institutions and international journals. Regarding his academic career, he has published more than 10 scientific articles with high impact factor and developed 3 patents.
