PHOBOSTech is our main developed technology, involving thin coatings at nano-scale that provides the modified surface with bacteriaphobic properties. Their flexibility - directly attached to the surface - make it easy to be implemented to any biomedical device, including both elastomeric and rigid materials.
PHOBOSTech technology do not involve antibiotics not even drugs, thus bacteria are simply rejected due to the high hydrophobicity of the created coating. Our approach avoids the adhesion onto the surface of the device, preventing from clogging and further infections.

Tractivus' initial portfolio has been developed focusing on tracheal stent and urinary catheters, due to the high market demand. While the main objective at this moment consist in the validation an approval of the two first products, Tractivus is working on increasing the pipeline.
